Forgiveness

It is a simple word but yet it is not easy to do. There are many events in our lives that hurts us or make us hurts others, people we loved and yet this has to come from the heart and to acknowledge it to them. I guess this needs process and a lot of compassion as well as self-acceptance that we as human can make mistakes and it is important to admit it.

Forgiveness is the economy of the heart… Forgiveness saves the expense of anger, the cost of hatred, the waste of spirits.
